The Dexserve Procurement Helpdesk is dedicated to supporting all departments by facilitating efficient and compliant purchasing processes. Our goal is to ensure responsible stewardship of organisational resources whilst meeting operational needs in a timely and cost-effective manner. We assist with purchase requisitions, supplier quotations, purchase orders, delivery coordination, and procurement documentation in accordance with approved policies and procedures. Kindly submit a Purchase Requisition (PR) with proper justification for all procurement needs. A member of the Procurement Team will review the request and respond promptly.
